Tasks and responsibilities

  • Execute a wide range of renovation tasks in private homes – including demolition, building interior walls, installing windows and doors, plastering, painting, laying floors, kitchen installation, and more.

  • Solve technical challenges creatively and deliver effective on-site solutions.

  • Take responsibility for the execution of your own projects from start to finish.

  • Plan and order necessary materials and resources in collaboration with the project manager

  • Make independent decisions to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications and personal qualities

  • Relevant experience, preferably in home renovation and refurbishment

  • Genuine passion for quality craftsmanship

  • Solution-oriented and proactive approach

  • Detail-oriented and accurate in your work

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Able to work independently and take initiative

  • Positive, outgoing, and a reliable team player

  • Eager to improve and explore smarter ways of working

  • Good self-discipline and ability to meet deadlines

  • Valid category B drivers license

  • Fluent in English or a Scandinavian language
